We stayed at The Waters Country House during our trip through the Irish countryside and it was like stepping into a fairytale. The house is absolutely stunning—full of charm and character. Our host, Wolfgang, was very kind and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful setting with unique furniture and warm lighting, creating a peaceful atmosphere. We also recommend booking a table at Monks restaurant nearby—local taxi drivers make it easy to get there without a car. A very special place we’d love to return to!

This is a new build property and as such everything was in good condition and had relatively little wear. Aisling met us at the door and had everything ready for us to settle in and make ourselves comfortable within minutes of arrival. The view from the room, and the surrounding area are very enjoyable and will be lovely very in the summer months. We didn't take up the breakfast offering, so cannot comment on this, as we had made other arrangements for this. I would highly recommend this location for people looking for a quiet and comfortable getaway.
