Situated in Newtown, 5 minutes’ drive from Ballyvaughan and Galway Bay, The Waters Country House boasts over 40 acres of farmland at the foot of the Burren Hills. Our hosts, Wolfgang and Maria were delightful and so helpful. We felt at home in our cosy Burren suite and also in the common areas. Breakfasts were amazing. Our 9 night stay would have to be the best ever for me.

We had a fabulous stay at Eastbury House. It is a gorgeous new build close to the Garryvoe hotel where we attended a wedding. Aisling was so friendly and I would highly recommend a stay in her beautiful home

This was an absolute gem that me and my wife said is a perfect place and layout to retire in. It has big windows overlooking the bay, watching the sunsets. Nice 3 bedroom, open kitchen and living area. The hosts provided a bottle of fresh orange juice and milk which was nice for the next morning wakeup.

Only two cabins (ie not on large site). Cabin very comfortable and everything top notch. Caroline unobtrusive but very helpful if required.

Owner put a lot of effort in decorating the entire house to make it feel like a home. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is one of the best we have come across. View is great from every window of the house and the entire space is welcoming and homey. Will totally recommend this place for anyone visiting Cork.
