Besides that he is accessible online all the time when he is not in his apartment which is in the same building. The room and its parking lot are safe behind a remote controlled gate, there is a supermarket around the corner, opened even on Sundays and a snack place on the other side of the road. Greatest place I found in Pozzuoli after a long research.

From the moment we arrived, it felt less like a rental and more like staying at a beloved relative’s home — thanks entirely to Carlo Basile, the most gracious and attentive host we’ve ever encountered. Carlo went above and beyond in every possible way. He even crossed over from Naples just to welcome us personally, give us a full tour of the villa, and make sure we felt completely at ease. He was available 24/7 for any question or need — from local recommendations to small requests — always kind, responsive, and warm. It’s rare to find that level of care and dedication anywhere. Very unique! The villa itself is immaculate: spotlessly clean, beautifully designed with high-quality furnishings, and fully equipped to cook like at home. The mattresses are brand new and incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning is powerful and covers the entire property — a true blessing in summer! The view? Stratospheric — sweeping, serene, and unforgettable. The silence and peace around the house made it the perfect oasis to unwind. The pool is the cleanest we’ve ever seen, and the lush garden is maintained daily, looking pristine every day of our stay. A special shout-out to Assunta, the housekeeper, who is a true gem! She visited daily to clean and maintain the villa, and change all towels and all sheets every 3 days!!! something we’ve never experienced at any other holiday home before. Her kindness and professionalism added a special touch to our stay. ❤️ We were a group of 10 people, and every single one of us agreed: this is the best villa we’ve ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. The combination of the location, comfort, service, and above all, Carlo’s outstanding hospitality, made this a home away from home in every sense. Very responsive and gave detailed map and recommendations for restaurants. Good location. Lots of seating in the large garden. Comfy bed. Good hot water. Taxi arranged to ferry on departure. Would definitely return. Procida is a beautiful island.

Queen bed, full closet, modern bathroom with shower, and a washing machine. Back private patio with table and 2 chairs. From patio with large table 4 chairs, plus a sun lounger, and two sling chairs. Retractable awning over the front area. Inside had pullout couch, dining area, full kitchen. Steps away from “downtown” Forio, and straight across the street from the sea. Outdoor pool with sun loungers, numerous seating areas for all guests and a gorgeous lemon grove. Grounds have beautiful gardens. Fig trees, tropical flora. Paola has cleaning staff, grounds keepers taking care of everything. 10/10.
