This is an old, stone italian house, fully renovated and comfortable. We stayed one night during travel from Prague to Livorno. We paid 8 euro for dog, parking next to house was free. I think there are no shops and restaurants in a very close neighborhood, so you need to talk a bit longer walk or drive. I recommend asking the host for a breakfast that is delivered in a basket and you can it in your kitchenette or at shared tarase.
