We loved being amongst the birds and feeling like we were secluded. The staff were incredibly attentive. It really made Cozumel even more wonderful. They have thought of everything. We loved the pool for the kids. My kids are ages 2 & 4 and they loved the pool so much. They also enjoyed the little playground area. I loved that the whole place was gated and fenced in. My kids could run around unattended and I felt really comfortable with that. It also had 3 houses so it was perfect for a small group of friends or family. They also had pans, pots, plates, bowls, and all extra kitchen utensils you would need to use. We didn't have to buy anything and that was a plus coming from a different country.

It has something for everyone. Do you have teens? There is a basketball, volleyball court with high walls. There is a pool table too. The pool and water slide are fun for kids. The kitchen is well equipped and a delight to cook in. Two very large bedrooms with en suites and a queen room without. Watch out for changes of elevation between rooms ie steps up or down.

The condo was in a terrific location, and is a high rise, so easy to spot even at night. There was reception during the day and evening, which was welcome security, although I never felt unsafe walking in town. Everything was immaculately clean. It was nice to have a rainshower, working AC and Netflix after being in small towns without these amenities. The owner has paid attention to details. High- quality towels, including beach towels, and even an iron/ironing board.

We ate in and cycled around to where we needed to go. Snorkeling out front is great! Amazing sunsets
