This is wonderful, low-key accommodation in the beautiful town of Tepotzlán. I would love to spend a month there. And they have massages and a sweat lodge.

There are two pools. Efforts were seen to constantly maintain the water clean. The lawn in the garden was well maintained, lush and very cozy. Many of the restaurants in the hotel are rip-offs, but this hotel was moderately priced, so we ate and drank in the hotel several times.

Carlos and Anai were wonderful! Carlos personally drove us back to the station as there were no taxis available! Cozy and friendly accommodation! Location is superb!

The food served was very good. Well prepared Mexican dishes with local traditional ingredients. The drinks from the bar were also very nice. The setting is beautiful with a view of the mountains right up close which acquires a warm glow at sunset and sunrise. The gardens a very intersting and nicely laid out with many curious species of cacti, succulents and native trees and bushes. Very peaceful. The rooms in bungalow style are warm and inviting with rustic finishings and good views.

Lovely cabin, really liked the balcony and netting, really nice place just to relax & get away from city life.

I was expecting a big, inpersonal hotel but I found myself in a very cosy, with a personalised service, very warm service and own - house / like staying with my family ambiance like feeling. Very recommended 🤩

The breakfast was so well done that I was almost worried that I had to pay extra. It included chilaquiles with 3 eggs, bread with orange jam, juice, tea and fruit. The staff was very helpful and I got to use the sauna twice. You simply ask and they turn it on for you and after 20 minutes, it's ready. I saw some birds, hummingbirds, and a squirrel while in the sauna, so it was a great view. I also took an additional massage with was lovely. They had four to choose from and they ranged between 1100 and 1500 pesos

Stunning location in the mountains, beautiful & peaceful gardens with pools, ponds, waterfall, lush green grass and vegetation. The pool was refreshing but not too cold, and the hot tub was lovely and warm. We had plenty of space and peace and had a very relaxing weekend.
