We would like to thank the owner for his kindness and proactive approach. Communication was fast and smooth, and it was clear that he truly cared about our comfort throughout the stay. The chalet is located close to the sinkhole and Wadi Shab. The accommodation is modern, new, and very clean, with everything fully functional. We did not use the pool, but it looked pleasant. At the end of our stay, the owner showed us his farm with animals, which was a lovely experience, especially for the children, who even took some papayas. It was a perfect way to end our visit.

The place was clean and in a quiet area. a walking distance to the sea. We only booked it for 1 night, but we surely will book it when we want to have a nice quiet vacation for a longer time. The host was kind to let us know about places to visit in Oman during our stay.

فيلا مسقط - Muscat Villa está ubicado en Bawshar, a 11 km de Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque y a 14 km de Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre. Away from the busy areas of Muscat. Stores and cafes were a short drive away. Plenty of space for a large group, outdoor pool was big. BBQ facilities and the hospitality of the owner made the check-in process very smooth, and recommended places near by. Will definitely book again on my next visit.

Beautiful contemporary decoration , fully equipped and with a nice view on the sea. The villa is within the Jebel Sifah area, with restaurants and lots of sports activities at your disposal. Last but not least, the owner is friendly and very réactive and supplied us with lots of information.
