We would like to thank the owner for his kindness and proactive approach. Communication was fast and smooth, and it was clear that he truly cared about our comfort throughout the stay. The chalet is located close to the sinkhole and Wadi Shab. The accommodation is modern, new, and very clean, with everything fully functional. We did not use the pool, but it looked pleasant. At the end of our stay, the owner showed us his farm with animals, which was a lovely experience, especially for the children, who even took some papayas. It was a perfect way to end our visit.

The place was clean and in a quiet area. a walking distance to the sea. We only booked it for 1 night, but we surely will book it when we want to have a nice quiet vacation for a longer time. The host was kind to let us know about places to visit in Oman during our stay.

فيلا مسقط - Muscat Villa está ubicado en Bawshar, a 11 km de Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque y a 14 km de Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre. An incredibly fantastic and large villa. An enormous swimming pool and a beautiful garden filled with palm trees. But what made it truly amazing was the kindness and hospitality of the owners, who lived nearby. We were treated to a complimentary breakfast that they prepared for us at their home, as well as a small gift. I travel a great deal for my work, but I have never experienced such warmth or felt so welcome. Thank you!

The place was very clean on arrival, which made it feel comfortable right away. The furniture is in good condition and everything was just as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, answering our questions quickly and helping with anything we needed. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay — would happily book again.

We had a fantastic experience in this beautiful villa! The villa has a lot of space, a nice pool and a cosy covered terrace. Also, you can easily visit a lot of touristic places from the villa (nice beaches, Bimmah Sinkhole, different Wadi's). Salim is the best host you can ask for. He is friendly, welcoming, helpful and a very genuine person. We went on a daytrip with him and we learned só much about Oman and Omani culture. Thanks to him, our days at the villa were even more special! Thanks Salim! When we return to Oman, we will definitely return to the villa (or one of his other very nice rental places around Dibab). We strongly recommend people to do the same!
