Excellent customer service, they were on hand every hour to help, went above and beyond to help! Had lifts every day available to the beach which really helped and tailored our breakfast and delivered it to the room every morning - couldn't have asked for any more from a hotel- it was magical! The manager heard we were delayed for 11 hours and left us a complimenary bottle in the room as well - such lovely people. Thank you everyone, we hope to see you again soon!

They served us a welcome meal on our first evening and were friendly but not intrusive for our stay. Breakfasts are made to order and delivered to your cottage. You may encounter geckos in your bathroom and wake up to the sounds of myriad birds and local roosters. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you, Inigtan Family!
