Cottage is absolutely charming and the interior design so tastefully done. Breakfast is mostly homemade, extremely fresh and delicious. Owner and staff are super nice and helpful.

Lovely cottage in Dennis Port!

This is a real gem! Beautiful Inn right on the water. Our room had full ocean views. The bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean and nicely appointed. Unfortunately the day we arrived was cold and rainy but they had the fire place going which made it cozy and romantic. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! We hope to go back soon!

Very cozy and clean room (Gazebo) even equipped with a fireplace, which was nice for chilly fall weather. Good starting point to explore the Cape Cod area, which is one of the most fascinating places we have ever visited. Lisa and John are great hosts and the breakfast was awesome.

Wonderful stay in this ‚lands’ end‘ design hotel a little outside from P-Town. From outside rather a non-spectacular motel down a small road. But inside has a lot of ‚wow‘ moments, especially the view into the incredible marshland. Room design is very cozy and laid back. Cool staff, small but sufficient pool, lovely outdoor fireplace, easy and yummy self-service breakfast.

Great and extremely friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, great pool area, free coffee and use of recreation area. Proximity to beach! We had a basic, but very cosy and clean cottage!

the amenities were really good, the two swimming pools, hot tub and sauna especially aswell as the bar which had some of the best service I’ve had before
