In our month in Vietnam, when visiting both the North and South, we stayed in a variety of places from very nice hotels to home stays.They were all very different and mostly very good to excellent. We stayed in Nong Trai Thann Thoi for 4 nights as a base to ride our bicycles around this area of the Mekong Delta. Our experience was excellent, from the tucked away location on the side of the river (did some yoga overlooking the Delta most evenings), the separate (well appointed) very private cabins, the beautiful grounds, fabulous food, and very very nice owner and staff. Although not a focus of our stay, with all these positives, it was, also, extremely good value.
