Everything about this accomodation is well thought out. It start's with a calming scent when you first step foot into the hotel. And it gets better from there. The staff was amazing and very helpful, especially accomodating towards our family with two small children. The apartments are huge and brand new - the decor and accents are very esthetically pleasing. Finally, parking is free and you can even print for free at the hotel. From now on when we visit Sydney we will stay there and simply commute.

Every member of staff was so friendly we arrived earlier than check in time so the lovely lady behind the desk helped us and recommended us a lovely place to go for breakfast and advise she’d call as soon as the room was ready which she did. We were able to check in a few hours earlier than the check in time! Overall all staff were so happy to help and friendly and even stored our bags for us prior to check in. They also had a work experience guy who was also really lovely. The location is fantastic and close by to attractions and the bed was genuinely the best and comfiest bed I have ever slept on! We’ve noted down the details to purchase on of our own! Highly recommend staying here I would definitely return

Un gimnasio muy grande y super equipado, la ubicación perfecta justo en el centro de sydney y al lado de estación de metro, atención del personal muy buena, café gratis y área para trabajar. Todo me pareció increíble. Las habitaciones cómodas, cuarto inteligente.

It had a wonderful view, great amenities, and it was quiet. We appreciated the luggage help as well as the kindness of the staff. We were treated very well!

Lovely luxury Hotel, perfect location to stroll down to the MCG for a concert. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful plus the bar and restaurant was fantastic as well! Melbourne was extremely busy the nights we stayed, but city noise levels in the room was minimal and didn't disrupt our sleep.
