The hotel is modern, spacious, clean and within walking distance of Brussels Central Station and most tourist attractions. The staff was helpful, and even upgraded us to a luxury room free of charge since the hotel was quite quiet. The breakfast was delicious and had more than enough options. The hotel room had a nice coffee maker, bathrobes, slippers and wonderful smelling soaps and lotion!

The staff who were amazing helpful, the FREE minibar which we've never experienced before in any property, and good range of options available for eating within the hotel. Another big surprise was the 'fixed price' of Ghent taxies where the cost was shown when you entered the taxi and regardless of traffic or time, that was the final cost! We will certainly be going back both to Ghent and the Pillows Grand Hotel.
