The hotel is well situated between the Fjord cruises within a fifteen minute drive to La Baie and fantastic restaurants within a seven minute drive to Racine Street in the older part of Chicoutimi. The pool and spa facilities were perfect for an evening swim. Great variety for the hot and cold breakfast buffet. Very well insulated rooms. Fantastic welcome upon arrival. Would definitely recommend.

On checking we were told if we booked a meal in the restaurant upstairs we would get a free cocktail.....so we did.....our server was very nice(didn't get a name so a chinese girl)all through the whole experience of the meal until i went to pay.Our bill was $152 and I placed 2 x 100 notes on the plate and the girl if i requested change.She actually expected a €48 tip..I mean I couldn't believe ..from then on she was rude to us for the rest of the night......ruined our experience in a lovely hotel
