Situated in Pec pod Sněžkou, 0.8 km from cableway to Snezka, Grand Hotel Hradec features accommodation with a restaurant, private secured parking, a fitness centre and a bar. Stayed here for two nights with my partner and we had the most amazing time! Our room was fantastic very modern and the view was amazing. We used the spa facilities as well as both having spa treatments which were lovely. We went to the bar and the waitress informed us that the bar was closing but asked if we would like anything to take up to our room. We decided on a bottle of wine but the staff could bot find it behind the bar. We were about to choose another bottle but after around 10 minutes the waitress came over with our original bottle that she had found in the wine room that had been locked and she needed to get her manager to open. We thought this was great and just shows how above and beyond the staff go for their customers.
