Everything was perfect, the best place we have been in the Dominican Republic. The place is beautiful, very clean and in a quiet street. The garden with the swimming is beautiful. The owners are very nice and helpful, highly recommended!

The property was very well-equipped. In the day of cheap furniture and amenities, Kaia took great detail to provide items of high-quality and appealing aesthetics. The staff was unbelievable responsive and friendly, going above and beyond to meet any request we had.

Location right on the beach, the Rooms are comfortable and nice regular rooms have balcony to lounge with amazing views and the family room has plenty of space for 4 people and good location. Service is good, Emilio at the front desk in particular did a great job also I cant remember the name but a very friendly blond man at the beach area was really helpful, he said he only works Sundays but was a Monday..

We had a great experience at El Mambo butique hotel. Everything was placed and managed properly. The hotel was cozy, comfortable and beautiful, from the rooms to the inner garden! The staff were very welcoming and frendly! We would strongly recommend it to whomever is planning to enjoy Las Terrenas!

The bungalows were perfect for me. Other people might not like it that is a bit far from the lobby and restaurant, but being by the beach is amazing.
Service was amazing, specially Angie at the reception.
