The location was perfect for our stay the night before catching our flight. The shuttle service was free and we were so impressed when the shuttle driver pulled over shortly after leaving the hotel and we found out that the reason was that I left my luggage scale in the hotel room and a staff member found it and ran it out (across a busy road) and handed it to the driver. The staff were all super friendly, helpful and could speak English which we did not expect. The pool area was lovely and the food at the restaurant was very good, reasonably priced and served quickly.

GREAT! 100% recommended. This place is beautiful, clean, and lovely, with excellent service. The only thing I would improve is that the restaurant should close a bit later.

The property was luxurious and elegant, just as advertised. The rooms were spacious and included all the amenities one could ask for while traveling. I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive staff, especially under the direct supervision of Maritza Mitchel. Maritza made sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I felt grateful to finally experience such excellent hospitality. I would give her and the staff five stars all around.

The breakfast and dinners were great. Staff was friendly & attentive. The amenities met my expectations. I will be making reservations again in the future.

Everything was beautiful. It was clean, well kept and the faculty was super nice. The breakfast was great, too.

I felt pampered or taken care of by a loving mother. We got inside the tub in the evening and were the only ones but came to check what they can do for us. I thought it was late but they said it wasn't a problem and turned the bubbles on and the lights. Amazing. Good breakfast! Oh and the view where you and and also where the pool/tub is ... WOW.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was very clean and the location is near every thing. I would recommend to friend and family.

It is a historic hotel. Full of history thru out.

Everything was fine ,love the place for the price.

The beds and pillows are very confortable, the restaurant has a nice menu and it's not expensive, the river view is amazing, the extra activities are nice (you have to pay extra) they have an ATM right there, spa
