Everything was perfect. New, modern, very clean, comfortable, and good location. The host was very attentive and helpful. it was a great experience

The staff were very friendly, the room was beautiful and clean, the views were amazing. I didn't eat at the restaurant a lot, but the free breakfast was nice.

The property is very beautiful. It is not every day that you get to sleep in a room with brick barreled ceiling. We could see the high dam from the patio of our room. Very nice little boat ride across the River to get to it. The food was plentiful. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved it!

The owners, Michael and Bassant are super awesome, I was a solo Traveller but I felt at my intimate friends' home.. The place is a peaceful heaven on earth

We have been 3 times to this beautiful resort (the second time this year) and have already booked for the 4th time in June, always choosing a swim-up room. It is the best in Marsa Alam and the standard of service, rooms, food and cleanliness is beyond 5 stars. All the staff are genuinely friendly and perfectly trained to make every guest feel special, the Front Office and Reception are always ready to meet any request promptly. The resort is extremely relaxing and offers a variety of activities. Although it was only a 5 day escape, we returned yesterday night to Italy very happy with this short stay. I highly recommend it.

Simply everything and especially the outstanding service of the entire team made my stay

Brand new resort, wonderfully clean and well-maintained. Excellent all-inclusive selection at meals, and some lovely restaurant options that are also included. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times, and more than willing to stop and chat. Good selection of pools and immediate access to a nice beach area, with a diving centre and house reef that we took advantage of with a scuba diving session which was a highlight of our trip. Overall great value for money, especially when considering the meals and the fact that alcohol is included in the all-inclusive price.

I booked a night's stay at the hotel and owing to the prompt and effective communication with the owner, Mr. Ahmed, I ended up arranging a 2-day trip from Cairo (and back) to visit the White Desert and Bahariya Oasis with pitstops at Black mountain, Crystal mountain and the lake at Bahariya. The trip was very well arranged as the car, the driver and the experiences exceeded my expectations. Farafra is far and remote but we felt very safe at the hotel and staying close to the desert meant that we got more time to witness the magnificent beauty of the desert without camping or taking a long drive back to Bahariya/Bawiti after dark. The hotel itself was clean and very suitable for a night's stay. The staff was considerate to prepare food as per our dietary preferences. Overall, if one has time for a long drive from Cairo, I recommend arranging the stay and the trip with Rahala Safari Hotel to enjoy the wonders of the white desert.

The hotel is close to most of the tourist attractions in Giza. The facility was excellent in terms of appearance and adequately equipped to provide a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was delicious and varied and the quantities were sufficient for the number of people. The view from the roof is wonderful and you can see the pyramids clearly from close up. The staff are wonderful in dealing with the guests, polite and smiling. The hotel manager is a respectful and polite man. All of these factors led to a happy stay in all aspects.

A stunning hotel with amazing attention to detail. A fabulous bed, in an upgraded , gorgeous room. Great service. High on our list of special hotels!

everything was perfect, nice rooms for staying as family, nothing was missing, Ahmed and Christina were fantastic while hosting my family. thanks a lot, they are really doing great job.
