The staff was amazing, one man helped me for half an hour to book my bus trip and didn't give up when other people didn't do their job properly. The pool was a good size, it was ok to be a single woman, no creepy men.

We just returned from a 17 night stayed at Jaz Solaya, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail created a warm, relaxed atmosphere throughout our stay. A special thanks to Kassem from the customer service team who handled a few special requests for us, we really appreciated his extra care and attention. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-designed, offering a great balance of comfort and style. Housekeeping did an exceptional job each day, keeping everything fresh and tidy. One of the highlights was the food—varied, well-prepared, and consistently delicious. Whether at breakfast or dinner, there were plenty of options for every taste, including fresh local dishes and international favorites. Entertainment was enjoyable without being intrusive, including singers and musicians playing in the background in the evenings. The resort’s pools and surrounding areas were beautifully maintained, with plenty of sunbeds and shaded spots. The beach was also beautiful, with a 2k walking/jogging track around the bay. Access to the house reef is via a jetty for both snorkelers and divers and those wishing to go further afield can arrange dive and snorkel trips with Coraya Divers, conveniently located at the front of the hotel. We hope to return again next year and highly recommend it.

Along with a peaceful and picturesque location and a wealth of leisure facilities, this 5-star resort in Marsa Alam offers warm Egyptian hospitality. The hotel was amazing. I got an upgrade to a room with both the scenery of the swimming pool and the beach. The staff were pretty nice, caring and helpful. Activities in the hotel were quite versatile and entertaining. Also, the beach has all the beautiful aqua life that does not wanna make you explore anything outside the hotel.
