Everything about our stay was exceptional! The property was beautiful, clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. The room was comfortable and spotless, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and they truly made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was outstanding, and every detail contributed to a wonderful experience. Definitely a 10/10 stay!

Our stay at Pickalbatros Golf Luxury Suites in Sharm El Sheikh was truly unforgettable. The place is incredibly nice, very spacious, and beautifully maintained. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. Special thanks to Mr. Momen at the reception who greeted us with a smile and kindly offered us an early check-in. He explained everything clearly, was always friendly, and even gave us his private number in case we needed anything during our stay — which was extremely helpful. I truly appreciate his great hospitality. We stayed in a 4-bedroom villa, which was luxurious, very spacious, clean, and included a private pool — perfect for a family stay. The food was excellent, and the buffet restaurant staff welcomed us warmly every day. A special thanks to Mr. Jaffar, the restaurant manager, for his kindness, warm welcome, and constant efforts to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. He is truly a helpful and caring person. I would also like to thank Abdullah, Islam, and Ahmed from the restaurant team, who always took great care of us with a smile and exceptional service. On the day of checkout, Mr. Momen again ensured a late check-out, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Overall, the place is amazing, the staff are outstanding, and without a doubt, I will choose this resort again when I return to Sharm El Sheikh.

The staff were welcoming especially Ahmed (I hope I got his name right) at the front desk. The short bald waiter at the main restaurant was also spectacular. And the bar man at the blue bar was very friendly and helpful. They also gave me us a room upgrade. There spa was also nice, Fatima was of good help, I had the Ramsis program.

I had a wonderful experience at Hollywood Aqua Park Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were welcoming and professional, making check-in smooth and pleasant. The restaurant offered a great variety of delicious food, and the atmosphere was always inviting. What truly stood out was the attitude of all the staff members — they were respectful, courteous, and consistently cooperative. Any issue or request was handled promptly and with genuine care. Their dedication to guest satisfaction made my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed hotel experience!

Overall, was a great visit. Perfect room by upper pool. From entering, the reception was friendly and took care of any of request. Main dinning, super staff and excellent chefs. Good variety of foods for their size. Mohammed, my housekeeper was great. Kept everything stocked, and didn't miss anything when cleaning. Super friendly as well. I would have no issue staying here again.
