✦ Genuinely warm hospitality from arrival. When I pulled up with my luggage, staff immediately asked me to leave it with them and head inside to relax while they handled check-in. I was a bit wary at first, but they were insistent and kind - and everything was perfectly taken care of. ✦ A personal call from the hotel manager. About an hour after settling into my room, the phone rang - it was the manager himself, calling to ask how everything was. I wasn't expecting it at all. A small gesture, but it left a real impression. ✦ A memorable send-off at checkout. The receptionist invited me for an espresso before I left - and before I could finish it, the manager came over personally to say goodbye. He then handed me a bag full of food for the road, since I wouldn't make it to breakfast. I've stayed in many hotels; this has never happened to me before. ✦ Beautiful architecture with an authentic Oriental character. The complex is large and visually striking - sphinxes, ornate lamps, and Arabesque motifs woven into the building itself, not just as decoration. A spacious swimming pool anchors the central courtyard. It has real atmosphere.

Usually the pictures are better than reality, but in this case; the hotel was beyond what we expected. And the receptionist with the middle name Saeed upgraded us to a suite because of me and my husbands anniversairy, what a service. And the beach, the snorkling there is amazing, so many gorgeous fishes. Ill be back.

Very pretty hotel with lots of good food. Snorkeling is really good here you can see so many fish. Swim pool is very nice. Also many entertainment here. Staff also very kind especially Bika.

I wanna start my review about the hotel that first of all should pay attention on the price. Like all hotels this hotel also has some nuances , BUT Hotel Siva Sharm has alive colourful coral reef with plenty fishes, turtles, moray eel, stingrays, has so short pantoon has convenient location - near to the airport , near to the Soho Square. In the hotel all restaurants (including Ala-cart), reception, all rooms - everything in one building. Would like to have more variety of food and more fruits, but you will not be hungry. There are meat, chicken, fish every day. And of course we would like to thank all the staff for the warm welcome. We really like this hotel and wonna back again as soon as possible

the staff was fantastic, room keeper exceptional, diving was superb with Frank and Hassan coronation my activities for my wife and I. we enjoyed our stay so much, we are returning in Jul and September.

This is likely the best hotel I have stayed at in my life. I am a savoy hotel convert. Everything about this hotel in Sharm was perfect - checking in, customer service, and arriving early from a long trip from Canada, we were able to check in early in our hotel. The room was sea facing and the nicest balcony I have ever had. Upon arrival we got complimented late of baklava and fruit in our room. The bathrobes are plush, and everything is so clean. Get the all inclusive package with a sea facing room! The location is great too and the snorkelling from the beach is excellent, full of coral and fish. Excellent spa on site as well.
