The room was clean and tidy, view is amazing and appliances worked perfectly and the owner was very responsive and decent.

Our stay at Pickalbatros Golf Luxury Suites in Sharm El Sheikh was truly unforgettable. The place is incredibly nice, very spacious, and beautifully maintained. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. Special thanks to Mr. Momen at the reception who greeted us with a smile and kindly offered us an early check-in. He explained everything clearly, was always friendly, and even gave us his private number in case we needed anything during our stay — which was extremely helpful. I truly appreciate his great hospitality. We stayed in a 4-bedroom villa, which was luxurious, very spacious, clean, and included a private pool — perfect for a family stay. The food was excellent, and the buffet restaurant staff welcomed us warmly every day. A special thanks to Mr. Jaffar, the restaurant manager, for his kindness, warm welcome, and constant efforts to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. He is truly a helpful and caring person. I would also like to thank Abdullah, Islam, and Ahmed from the restaurant team, who always took great care of us with a smile and exceptional service. On the day of checkout, Mr. Momen again ensured a late check-out, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Overall, the place is amazing, the staff are outstanding, and without a doubt, I will choose this resort again when I return to Sharm El Sheikh.

The reception staff were very welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived. The food was delicious and of great quality. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the Wi-Fi service was fast and reliable throughout the stay. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this place.
