✦ Genuinely warm hospitality from arrival. When I pulled up with my luggage, staff immediately asked me to leave it with them and head inside to relax while they handled check-in. I was a bit wary at first, but they were insistent and kind - and everything was perfectly taken care of. ✦ A personal call from the hotel manager. About an hour after settling into my room, the phone rang - it was the manager himself, calling to ask how everything was. I wasn't expecting it at all. A small gesture, but it left a real impression. ✦ A memorable send-off at checkout. The receptionist invited me for an espresso before I left - and before I could finish it, the manager came over personally to say goodbye. He then handed me a bag full of food for the road, since I wouldn't make it to breakfast. I've stayed in many hotels; this has never happened to me before. ✦ Beautiful architecture with an authentic Oriental character. The complex is large and visually striking - sphinxes, ornate lamps, and Arabesque motifs woven into the building itself, not just as decoration. A spacious swimming pool anchors the central courtyard. It has real atmosphere.

Thank you to sierra Resort for everything you provided us during our honeymoon. Thank you to everyone who worked there. Thank you to receptionists Adly , Peter, and a special thank you to Ahmed for his help and attention to everything. A very special thank you to the restaurant staff: Mervat, Fares, Fady, Mina. And a special thank you to Mr. Sayed the restaurant manager he was very kind and always missed us and asked about our needs. Thank you to all the restaurant staff. The pool bar was also excellent we always sat there and the staff there were great friends: Emad, Ahmed, and Mustafa. The cocktails were excellent. The Fontana area has special and unique offers when you sit there you don't need to go anywhere else Thank you to Antonios and Mounir, my friendly friends who always looked after us and asked if we needed anything. Thank you also for our visit to the Mandarin Bistro and trying the Indian and Chinese food for dinner. There are was the restaurant manager : Mina who was cheerful, smiling, and a dear friend Thank you, and thank you to Isaac the restaurant captain.
