From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with warmth ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable ( I’m pregnant)
the snorkeling and diving was incredible.. crystal-clear waters, made for unforgettable underwater adventures.
I was delighted by the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were impeccably maintained, and the common areas were consistently spotless. It's evident that the hotel places a strong emphasis on hygiene, creating a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests.
Lastly, I must commend the hotel on its food. The diverse menu offered a wide range of culinary delights, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. Each meal was thoughtfully prepared with fresh ingredients.

I wanna start my review about the hotel that first of all should pay attention on the price.
Like all hotels this hotel also has some nuances , BUT Hotel Siva Sharm has alive colourful coral reef with plenty fishes, turtles, moray eel, stingrays, has so short pantoon has convenient location - near to the airport , near to the Soho Square. In the hotel all restaurants (including Ala-cart), reception, all rooms - everything in one building.
Would like to have more variety of food and more fruits, but you will not be hungry. There are meat, chicken, fish every day.
And of course we would like to thank all the staff for the warm welcome.
We really like this hotel and wonna back again as soon as possible

Since last time in 2021 many things have changed some...
Since last time in 2021 many things have changed some positive and some negative, starting with positive things the city is more clean , some new simple arctics in the streets made it nicer, wide streets with barley some cars street lights are new and clear.
Negativities unfortunately people are more greedy, prices are much more expensive from Taxi people to Sellers in the streets of the old city ,you can't walk in peace at 2 places Old city and Nema Bay, every one wants u to get in there shop sometimes its annoying and not peaceful specially when you have kids who are not used to this, the best place to avoid all of this is Sohu squire so Grand and no one bothers any one.
Last annoying place is the airport terminal 2, starting from the porterage people who wants to engage their services even if you don't need it looking for tips which is annoying.
Then you have to fill a useless old card which is still being used there with the same info in your passport which is the same one filled upon arrival also, if you don't have a pen you will suffer as there is non provided.
Then unfortunately the officer who stamps your passport out shows you a nice face at the beginning and jokes with u in a way to understand to tip him and once u dont he turns into another face
Toilets are not clean and water is all over without drying
There is a lounge named Pearl lounge at Terminal 2 its a shame to name it a lounge, small room with very low capacity one person at the reception and one person taking care of the buffet and also collecting the dishes and washing them cleanness level is so low.

It was our first visit to Sharm El Sheikh, and we were not disappointed. We were greeted by Ramy at the hotel when we arrived, and he was also the front desk staff member that waved us goodbye. The key to Ramy was his consistency, from the first day to the last day. Thank you, Ramy, for your friendly smile and consistency in meeting our requests; it is these first and last impressions that make the difference. My wife and I tried to remember all the staff that made a difference, but it is not possible since everyone makes an effort to ensure you have a good stay. But these staff members deserve a mention: Amr who cleaned our room, always smiling and cleaning our room excellently every day; Mahmood at the swimming pool; Islam and Fathy at breakfast together with Abdo the floor; Aladdin at the beach and PADI area; and finally Joseph the front desk manager who made sure we were seen off with a proper smile and wave. The hotel is close to Soho Square, so pop into the Vic pub, Entrecote, and the Bombay curry restaurants for a good meal. A must-visit is Farsha Mountain restaurant; I would not bother with food but it is a good place for drinks. Use the Queen Vip boat for a boat trip with fewer people and a good diving experience. All in all, a good value-for-money experience.

VERY DANGEROUS the sea taxi pilot who transported us to the Solaris boat at the Solaris point in the beach of Gahazal Gardens in Sharm El Sheikh, at approximately 12:00, took on board a total of nine passengers, including our family of four and another family of four, exceeding a reasonable capacity for the vessel.
During the journey, he operated the boat at an excessively high speed, creating a dangerous situation and putting all passengers at risk.
I explicitly asked the pilot to slow down, also because my wife was feeling unwell. However, he refused to reduce speed and stated that he was running late and therefore needed to hurry.
We consider this behavior unsafe and irresponsible, and we respectfully request that this matter be investigated to prevent similar incidents in the future.
I hereby formally bring to your attention serious safety concerns arising from the manner in which the service in question was conducted.
The circumstances described constitute, in my view, a potentially dangerous situation and reflect a level of conduct that falls below acceptable safety standards.
I kindly request that this complaint be duly recorded and that appropriate measures be taken to investigate the matter and prevent any recurrence.
