The property is very beautiful. It is not every day that you get to sleep in a room with brick barreled ceiling. We could see the high dam from the patio of our room. Very nice little boat ride across the River to get to it. The food was plentiful. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved it!

Everything was amazing. Pools are very relaxing, with a good bar. There is also a big jacuzzi . Beach is unforgettable. Snorkeling starts with your first steps in the sea .. more than Wonderful coral reefs , colourful fish , turtles and sea cow . Also a sandy beach is there. Food variety is luxurious. In addition to the buffet restaurant, there is a perfect Chinese restaurant, sushi and Chinese food was amazing. All the stuff are more than friendly, they are exceptional , always caring for our happiness.

The view from the roof terrace is unbeatable. The location is right next to the entrance to the pyramids (from the Sphinx side). Touristy area. We felt safe the whole time. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the terrace nice to sit in in the evenings. The breakfasts were very generous
- you definitely won't eat everything. There are a lot of young staff at the hotel during the day who are helpful. I would choose this place again if I went there. I recommend it.

Excellent hospitality. They took care of our vegan dietary requirements. They are the best guides for the white desert, as they know all the spots. Definitely book the desert safari with them, as the white desert is not a national park that has trails or detailed maps. The rooms were also wonderful, as is the hotel.

I had a wonderful experience with this amazing team and their outstanding staff. Breakfast on the balcony in the morning, surrounded by trees, was absolutely magical and the atmosphere was so peaceful.
I really enjoyed the trips they organized for us, and I want to thank them for their excellent planning. At one point, we had a bad experience on a trip with another group where we were scammed, but Hotel Suzana stepped in, solved all the issues for us, recovered our money, and arranged a fantastic trip instead!
