Everything sparkling clean, cleaning/make up beds everyday, great breakfast buffet (fresh everything inc bread&butter), convenient location (next to train station and a big mall with everything you may need: cafe/restaurants, pharmacy, super markets, clothes if needed). A sofa-bed for my kids was ready by our arrival. Super black out curtains - my kids were able to sleep until 9am like never. Water station is right out of the room with still and sparkling water (easy to fill up your bottle on the way to go out). Awesome place with nice, helpful people. We all enjoyed staying here.

The rooms are quiet and stylish, with good soundproofing - you can tell how good it is by opening the window. The location is perfect - not very crowded and touristic, but accessible by public transport. There are several metro stations, bus stops and even a train station nearby. The uber fares from the center were decent. There are also a few streets closer to the center where you can grab something of choice to eat (heavy on crepe places, love). I was shocked how good the pool and SPA area look for a small hotel in the city. You need to reserve at the reception, but this is the way they keep it uncrowded. The water in the pool is warm and it has a jet button - perfect after days of sightseeing. The onsite restaurant is fine, although we only had dinner there once. The breakfast was quite good - there's nice cheese, eggs, pastries, cereal and a salad bar. They have a small terrace with an inner-yard view. I would advise not to come to the breakfast at the last moment, since they quite quickly start wrapping it up.

Delux Spacious rooms (have I already mentioned the gorgeous décor of all spaces!?) provide a king bed with a mattress and pillows which make us feel sleeping in the clouds. The soundproofing is amazing – even the AC turned on all night did not emit the slightest buzz – impeccable! Marshal soundbar, Nespresso machine, flat TV behind the mirror, without forgetting the astonishing shower, every detail means the Hotel was designed with the guest in mind. Final word for concierge service – Guillaume and Caroline are there to give you recommendations you will remember for life. Well done guys! Definitely our new home in Paris is at 18 Rue Clément Marot!
