Our room was lovely, spacious and calm. We enjoyed the onsen and the complimentary coffee available post-onsen. The staff were really helpful with checking in and storing our luggage. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Guess friendly hotel, very clean and modern building, room small as it is common in Japan but well distributed and comfortable. With lots of services and details that make one like the place even more. Free drinks, pastries and breads all the time. Very friendly staff and convenient location, close to the subway.

We booked the Japanese room for 3 people and it was really 😍 beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, and the room had a few power sockets near the beds, very convenient. The location is good. About 300m from Nishiki and near to our favorite halal ramen restaurant. Train station is within walking distance. There is no kitchenette in the room, but they have a laundry room behind the lobby.
