The bed perfect for recovering from a long flight from the UK. The pool area was great. The location was easy to get around - we like to walk & the MBK shopping centre was walkable. The MRT was just down the road with access to other parts of the city. Breakfast had a great selection of food (but was quite pricey).

Situated in Bangkok, a 10-minute drive from Safari World, Fashion Island and The Promenade, Viva Residence offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Almost of staff here are very kind and a good service mind, love to stay here.

The room was perfect, adequate size, very clean, comfortable and quiet. We booked a seaview room, and we had an unobstructed view of the sea from our bed. My favourite part was probably the breakfast: fresh fruit every morning, some Asian cuisine and an omelette corner, everything served on a beautiful open terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. The gym wasn't big but it was never crowded and the staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel itself seems newly renovated and is located on a small hill with lots of vegetation, close enough to walk to the beach, the shops and restaurants but far enough to provide the peace and tranquility that the Phuket seafront lacks.

The resort was fantastic, we stayed there a week on our honeymoon! We booked airport transfer and it was easy to find the driver and efficient transfer to the dock where staff showed us to the water taxi service. As it was very low tide we arrived to the back pier but there was a waiting car to take us to the reception. Check in was smooth, you get a welcome drink and everything is sorted for you, before you get taken to your villa via golf truck together with your luggage. We had an ocean view villa with a private pool, the private pool is so worth it. The villa itself was very clean and the housekeeping was good. For those of you, like us, who are used to having a door between the bathroom and bedroom be prepared to have to leave the room to give each other privacy (as I understand this is common in this part of the world though, so not a complaint, just good to be aware of). We went for the all-inclusive option which was definitely worth it for us as we didn't really want to leave the island. With that the mini bar in the villa is also included, and it was well stocked and restocked daily. Two of the three restaurants are included and the food was really great. Can especially recommend the spicy tuna carpaccio starter and the mango sticky rice dessert. There were enough drinks included that we didn't feel the need to pay to try any other ones. Though if you do you get 50% off and the same goes for the third restaurant. The main restaurant also has live entertainment several nights a week and the fire show on the beach was really cool. We also went for the Phi Phi islands tour, we really enjoyed it and Ron was a great guide! Don't forget to bring a camera. We also did a couples treatment at the spa, well worth the money as we got 180 minutes including scrub, massage and facial treatment. The staff at the resort were wonderful, always smiling and very helpful. Service did not take long at any time.

Conveniently situated in the centre of Chiang Mai, Your Space Hotel Prasingh provides air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a garden. Close to a lot of things, air conditioning worked fast and well, as much free water as you wanted downstairs, lots of options for the free breakfast, if you miss the free breakfast (it ends at 10:30) there’s an awesome coffee shop called Villa Da Hun around the corner which is great prices and great food
