Great mix of old and new! The workmanship done to refurbish and rebuild this old castle into a mix of old and modern is beyond perfect .Our room was big, comfy, clean, full of amenities, and thoughtfully and artfully finished. The workers were all pleasant and helpful. Food was delicious and very plentiful and a bargain that was included in our room price. . We received delicious cheese filled warm Pita and dessert in the afternoon, a sit down dinner with freshly made soup, salad with fresh herbs, stew and dessert. Breakfast had a fresh delicious buffet and then we were served delicious cooked eggs and fresh pita with cheese This is a unique hotel for someone who loves the countryside and wants to stay in a castle. The atmosphere, architecture, upper lookout patios, garden trails, water hole and museum tour were extra bonuses . The newly planted gardens was wonderful and will be a delight to see when in bloom and in years to come.

The location was perfect every thing close by, All major public transport is a walking distance from the hotel.The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming especially Mr.Mohammed don’t hesitate to ask him any thing you need.

I came to this hotel with high expectations, since they are rate 9,9 in booking.com, the highest score After i experiences it, i can says yes definitely 9,9.. the effort they gives to us eventhough stays only for 1 night, it's amaziing !! I never experiences level service like this in my life The location are very strategic, pretty close to grand bazaar and hagia sophia We came at the afternoon..they explain everything about the hotel service. They also give us upgade, awesome..coincidentally i came on my birthday, and they surprise us with cake Meanwhile room are very beautiful, we love it They pay attention for every little things..they even write welcoming letter handwriting! For one night guess !! I still bring this letter with me ;) What amaze me more, this hotel established more than 10 years..to maintain this level of service excellence it's not easy, but they done it Just like the hotel name, they serve us like President , Thank you for giving us great time mr Harun !

This is a lovely guest house in the heart of the old town of Selçuk, close to St. John’s Basilica, shops, and good restaurants. The owner is delightful and charming, along with her friends/team. Breakfast is hearty, with made to order espresso (such a treat!), advice, tips, hospitality, and friendly smiles. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

The entire experience from the booking and initial communication was very smooth and easy. The hotel itself is a piece of fairytale! Attention to detail they had in mind when designing it is incredible! Rooms are clean and spacious and equipped with all the necessities for comfortable stay. The terrace is a perfect spot for observing the balloons in the morning and a great tranquil place to enjoy some coffee or tea. And by far the best part of our stay were the lovely employees who made sure everyone gets special treatment and feels taken care of! We experienced the new levels of hospitality in this place! I have to add one huge special thank you to Mr. Han, who went above and beyond to greet us, made sure we receive all the necessary information about Cappadocia and made our stay feel like a proper royal treatment. He did a fantastic job! Everyone else was on top of their tasks as well and as much as I would like to mention all of them because they deserve it, I can only remember Etem. He would spoil us with all delicious Turkish treats and tea endlessly. I have no doubts where I'll be staying next time in Cappadocia! This is a place to be.

A beautifully maintained cave hotel, with an exceptional staff and top-end care for its guests. Our family travels frequently, and the staff was one of the most attentive and kind groups we have encountered. They arranged activities and shuttles, researched special requests, and went out of their way to celebrate a family birthday. Ruhan was a particularly kind host. The beds and pillows are also quite comfortable.
