Great mix of old and new! The workmanship done to refurbish and rebuild this old castle into a mix of old and modern is beyond perfect .Our room was big, comfy, clean, full of amenities, and thoughtfully and artfully finished. The workers were all pleasant and helpful. Food was delicious and very plentiful and a bargain that was included in our room price. . We received delicious cheese filled warm Pita and dessert in the afternoon, a sit down dinner with freshly made soup, salad with fresh herbs, stew and dessert. Breakfast had a fresh delicious buffet and then we were served delicious cooked eggs and fresh pita with cheese This is a unique hotel for someone who loves the countryside and wants to stay in a castle. The atmosphere, architecture, upper lookout patios, garden trails, water hole and museum tour were extra bonuses . The newly planted gardens was wonderful and will be a delight to see when in bloom and in years to come.

Clean and comfortable The staff are amazing I visited and stayed in Sultan Ahmad more than 5 times , this hotel was the best in this area.

Lovely little boutique hotel with spacious, comfortable, immaculate rooms and a cozy garden space. Owners are kind, generous and accommodating. The breakfast spread is amazing - homemade and delicious, with fantastic coffees and even freshly squeezed juice. The hotel is located on a quiet side street surrounded by great restaurants and a few minutes walk from the excellent Ephesus Archaeological Museum. Can't recommend this place enough.

Ab absolutely superb stay at Arif Cave Hotel. The hotel is at an excellent location, being one of the highest cave hotels in Cappadocia and offering a splendid view of the hot air balloons. For the instagram girlies: The sunrise carpet photos at the terrace with the balloons are beautiful, and for the husbands who carry the bags :p : the walk to the viewpoint of the balloons is literally just 2 minutes from the hotel. So its a win win all the way. The views from the balcony are unmatched. Besides all these points, i think what made our stay absolutely unmatched due to which we have recommended this location to all friends and family hoping to visit soon, was the hospitality of Mr Han. More than a host, he went above and beyond to ensure our comfortable stay as if we were family to him. He also helped us book our horse riding and hot air balloon tour, so literally there was nothing to worry about. the street with all main cafes and restaurants is a 7 min walk and the famous carpet shop for photos is a 2 min walk, Attaching some photos here for reference. Very good location, very friendly managent and staff

The location is beautiful and the hotel offers gorgeous villas with private pools which we did not find any other hotel offering similar rooms. We had the panoramic villa and it was gorgeous to wake up to the beautiful view every morning. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and fulfilled any needs we had or requests we made. We had a great stay. They were very helpful to book any taxis or give us any advise of tours or provide any support we needed. The breakfast was great too!

The staff of the property really are wonderful in treating their guests. They ensure that everything run smoothly and always goes for an extra mile. The breakfast was decent spread and their cave rooms are really good. The location is pretty decent . Overall it was a wonderful stay at the property.

The breakfast spread was both delicious and varied, with fresh options aplenty. Mr. Sami and his family were incredibly accommodating, offering us invaluable assistance in exploring the area and even helping us secure a truly unforgettable hot air balloon experience in Cappadocia.
