Everything was perfect! We were greeted by the receptionist Anuki who was a sweetheart. The stay was perfect, the location is excellent and the services were impeccable! There is also a helper I forgot his name, maybe its Oto or Ata, he was very helpful and decent. Overall, it is a highly recommended stay.
