This hotel has probably the best views in Tbilisi, from your balcony you can see whole old town. The rooms have everything you need. The cleaning ladies were amazings, room was cleaned everyday, the towels were changed daily. The breakfast was very delicious, you have a lot to choose from. The hotel is located under the Citadela (which was closed in time of our travel- september 2024), the road to hotel is very very steep, so it's a good workout walking there. The staff were very kind and accomodating. On our departure day they arranged us transportation to the airport (50 GEL). I cannot recommend enough staying in this hotel!

I had an extraordinary experience at British House Hotel in Tbilisi. From the moment I arrived, the hotel manager greeted me with hospitality and served me a complimentary breakfast and welcome drink while my room was prepared. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, with everyone smiling. They offered to handle my luggage and bring me anything I needed. They were all very accommodating and understanding. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to get around. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast is freshly cooked and delicious. I really enjoyed this experience and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future. Thank you for everything!

The room was very clean and comfortable for a family of 3. The kids loved the sauna of the hotel. The breakfast was very rich and open till 11 o clock. Many good restaurants nearby, in a walking distance and a minimarket just in 2 min.

It's fourth of fifth time we're staying at this place. This time we've decided for the largest available apartment and the views were spectacular. The location of the hotel is perfect - right in the middle of the old town. I recommend the option with breakfast. You will not be disappointed. The people at the reception are always very helpful. Kudos to the gent who arranged us the taxi to the airport at 3:00am.

The Tbilisi Marriott is an architectural landmark with a unique, circular design. But its century-old facade isn’t the only glimpse of the past on offer. This is a hotel with stories to tell.
