It is hard to summarize shortly what we loved about this hotel. Simply said: everything. The beauty of the rooms, the gardens, the pool area was all extraordinary. The wide selection, freshness and the taste of the food (we had buffet breakfast and dinner) was super. The spotless cleanliness, especially considered during the peak hours in the buffet restaurant, was more than satisfactory. The hotel had a very close private beach with some sunbeds and umbrellas, where we could spend most of the days. But on top of all these, the best thing in this hotel was the friendliness of all staff, to which we can't be grateful enough. It was a perfect stay for the whole family!!

Filis House is a great resort. We spent 1 week there. The hosts are very warm and always there for you. The rooms/apartments are very beautiful and practically furnished; nothing is missing. We stayed for a week here and the accomodation exceeded my expectations. It has a good location, really close to the city center, yet it's in a quiet neighborhood. The cleaning was done daily, the sheets were changed at 2-3 days. There is air conditioning in every room. We had a room with sea view, so it was very nice and quiet. The other side of the building is pointed to a street, so you could hear noise from cars. There is no parking dedicated to the hotel, but we could easily find parking spots every day. The street is safe, so no need to worry about the car. The hosts are warm and friendly, we felt like home there. There is also a nice beach nearby, about 15 mins walk. I truly recommend this place for its price, quality, cleanliness and location. Would definitely check in again here if we return to Neos Marmaras.
