Beautifully designed property, perfect for families. There’s all sorts of little corners easy for kids to be entertained. Even a well designed playground, kids pool and lots of toys both at the beach as the big pool. The beach area is where I could live forever. Good music playlist too.

She came to pick us up from the port and even helped us with some issues we had with our returning flights. I could right all day. Great location, beautiful beach, all we needed for relaxing holidays was there.

The house is in a secluded location inside the village. You can easily walk in 5 minutes to the village square where there is a shop and a couple of taverns. The house is surrounded by a nice forest. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and were served in a very nice terrace. The appartment was very clean and the hosts were extremely nice and helpful with their recommendations.

Enjoying unobstructed views over the small islands of Vourvourou, Thalassokipos is amphitheatrically built on the side of a small hill.

Amazing private beach, amazing location The stuff was very welcoming and kind. They helped us with the boat went the breakfast was very rich and tasty. We love this place and definitely will come back in the next years.

I can really recommend staying at Fillis. We booked the separate apartment with garden and it was brand new and everything was perfect. The apartment is designed with a lot of good taste and everything at Fillis is done with passion and "heart", you can feel that the family wants the guests to feel welcomed. The owners were available and ready to help but at the same time they respected the guests' privacy. The price for the stand-alone apartment was comparable to that of a very good hotel but you also get cleaning and new towels every day, there is a beautiful pool, etc. I really liked the fact that we could just sit and have something small to eat if we didn't want to go out for breakfast, lunch, etc. The local beach can be reached on foot (5 minutes walking), which is also practical. We recommend renting a boot for one day - it was an amazing experience. Thank you to Fillis and the family for this great vacation!

We stayed for a week here and the accomodation exceeded my expectations. It has a good location, really close to the city center, yet it's in a quiet neighborhood. The cleaning was done daily, the sheets were changed at 2-3 days. There is air conditioning in every room. We had a room with sea view, so it was very nice and quiet. The other side of the building is pointed to a street, so you could hear noise from cars. There is no parking dedicated to the hotel, but we could easily find parking spots every day. The street is safe, so no need to worry about the car. The hosts are warm and friendly, we felt like home there. There is also a nice beach nearby, about 15 mins walk. I truly recommend this place for its price, quality, cleanliness and location. Would definitely check in again here if we return to Neos Marmaras.
