Everything was great. It was a beautiful stay overall. The hotel literally has everything you may need and even more and made our stay memorable. The breakfast was a surprise with a fantastic variety of options. But the true quality is the staff, the people working there backstage and front were all polite and calm. A special thanks to Despoina. She treated all my enquiries professionally and she was extremely understanding. You don't find professionals like that amymore, not easily at least. The resort is really nice, with friendly people and atmosphere. Big pluses are the fact that the beach is across the location, you have your own beach chairs assigned to your room, and if you need more, they will bring you as many as you need, you have beach towels as many as you need (you just go to reception and ask for them), in case the sea is agitated they have a big pool where you can spend your day. Breakfast was amazing, and you had plenty of food to choose from. Lunch and dinner can be served at their restaurant. You can enjoy Greek specific foods and also other international foods. They have a nice wine list.😍 Everyone, from the persons that take care of the grass till the person owning the place, are very friendly and kind. For us, Ana had won our hearts. She was so kind and took care of us, and I was looking forward to breakfast time just to see her smile and nice welcoming (which I felt it was sincere and not just to be polite with the customer 🙂) The room was really nice and very clean, with sea view and a nice balcony where we could enjoy the sunrise. We for sure will return here soon and will recommend it to all our friends.

The rooms are very clean and the furniture is new. The location is great, it is 4-5 minutes away from the center of the city. Owners were helpful and easy to communicate with. There is a supermarket 2 minutes from accomodation. All of the beautiful beaches are in the radius of 30 km from Neos Marmaras so it is a great place to stay in Sithonia. Would highly recommend Kaplanis house for visitors, you will not be disappointed 😊
