1. Check inn klokken 14. Jeg kom etter kl 14, men måtte vente en time. Rommet var ikke ferdig. 2. Hotellet hadde et eneste rom med balkong ledig - i etasjen hvor det var tillat å røyke. LUKTET helt forferdelig. 3. Aircondition system ødelagt. 18 grader på rommet. Personalet har informert «vent litt, temperaturen vil øke snart». Jeg gitt ut - tilbake etter 3 timer - fortsatt 18 grader. 4. Meget dårlig service, personalet veldig uprofesjonelt. Har takket for meg og dro til et annet hotel.
