The staff was very friendly and went to great lengths to assist in everything, particularly the staff at the front door, the cleaning crew on my floor headed by Akhil, and the GM Rajesh went to great lengths instructing the chef and kitchen crew to take care of my needs

시설 매우 세련되고 최신입니다. 델리 하얏트에서 6박하고 첸나이 하얏트로 넘어간건데, 첸나이쪽이 물가도 더 싸고, 숙소도 더 저렴한데 시설은 델리 하얏트보다 정말 훨씬훨씬 좋았네요. 늦은시간 체크인이었는데 석식옵션 포함 가능해서, 더 좋았습니다.

Reasonable 3star hotel in the heart of the city.Rooms are good , hotel staff are very good..The main thing I loved about this hotel is the morning buffet. Great stay @ park avenue.

Upon my arrival, i had the pleasure of interacting with Ms. Sowmanti at the reception and she was super nice, accommodating as she understood that I had a 2 days travel before reaching and was very tired. She offered me to sit while she arranged for the room quickly and also got an upgrade. All other staff were always smiling and greeting me during my stay. Breakfast buffet had a large variety of food that you can choose from. Location is just perfect within T Nagar. Room was cleaned and accessories were replenished every day and even complimentary water.
