After travelling in Rajasthan for 3 weeks it was a delight to end our journey at the Gulaal. The welcome from Victor and his team was outstanding as well as their professionalism. The location of the hotel is perfect with stunning views of the Fort but far enough to escape the noise and crowds. The food was great so much so that we ate diner there every night. A real gem wich we 100% recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Fifu in April 2023, just after the busy tourist season at Jaisalmer. The hotel is a short tuktuk ride (5 minutes) from the town in a peaceful area which is good to get away from the crowds. It’s also a short walk to Gadisar Lake. The large roof terrace is a great spot for breakfast and gives excellent views of the fort and surrounding area. It’s a lovely hotel, and the team are very helpful and friendly people, Fifu (the owner) is very knowledgeable about the area and gave us some great and impartial tips for what to do and see. Would highly recommend Hotel Fifu to all, it felt like it would be very safe and welcoming for solo female travellers too.
