Hotel Restaurant Cèpes has an amazing course menu. Very good quality and serving for breakfast. Rooms were nice and good for couples. Location is also nice, a good bike or a walk to De Hoge Veluwe nature park. Spa area is also relaxing.

The reception building was quite impressive but the actual hotel is built along the lines of those cheap French motorway motels. Advertised as if a restaurant but in fact was only bar snacks. Possibly because it was low season. Staff was friendly.
