What I particularly liked about Ciqala was the genuine friendliness of the staff and the warm, easy conversation that made the stay feel personal rather than transactional. Beautiful building in fabulous location - easy to walk to many places, very helpful polite staff . I loved the wine and cheese in the afternoon it was a very nice touch and very welcoming. We checked in early and the staff said we could have our room early. Very helpful with arranging transport and trips. I would highly recommend the hotel.

We love the Caribbean style, the security that it brings and the location, next to the beach and to the important places. It is really familiar due to the fact that it is not a huge hotel. The pool is a plus.
