United KingdomThe room was large and we also had a fridge which is a bonus. The bed was comfortable. It has a great lobby. We did have issues with hot water during our stay but were compensated without me having to ask . The people on reception were very helpful regarding the issue, so on that basis, I won't leave negative feedback as my issue was resolved. Good and prompt customer service outweighed the issue .
(I have, however, mentioned it because it
happened and feel my review should be honest.)
Problems can happen, but ten out of ten for a quick resolution.
