Amazing spa and interior design of the rooms.

Great location given the proximity to the slopes. Ski rental onsite and very well priced. Lovely boutique hotel with extremely comfortable rooms. A nice selection of freshly cooked breakfasts as well as the usual non cooked breakfast items available. The staff were all so friendly and attentive, especially Slovache the bell boy and Boris the ski hire man!

3 things we love most (not in particular order): (1) the interior design. They are exceptional- as if we are staying in our own bedroom as decorations are like home. (2) the staff- anna and especially iliyan who is so attentive, accommodating and showing how he loves and dedicated to his job. (3) the delicious breakfast and dinner.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel, and the experience surpassed all expectations. From the warm and welcoming staff to the impeccably designed rooms, every detail was thoughtfully crafted. The spa, the breakfast, the overall design and feel, how successful their renovation is of this old hotel and I really liked the good graphic and interior design throughout, in particular these wall postering with interesting facts about the history of skiing, which they put up in the long corridors. Found it with as something very special, though through and got me curious. It was a special little touch.

As usual very professional hotel staff. Spa and the pool are very good. The Finnish villa is amazing - very well designed and furnished, very comfortable and lovely!

A lovely, well-equipped and relative new one-bedroom apartment. Loved the stylish design and the view from the window to the pine trees. The village center is an easy 7-10 min of a normal pace walk away. There is a great eco trail, which starts rights across the street from apartment complex. But the absolute delight of our stay was the friendly attitude and client oriented approach of hosts! Thank you very much for having us over and all your great hiking tips, Plamen!

We got a great personalised service by all the staff in this lovely little boutique hotel. Good art, great food. We got our dinner included in the price of the apartment which turned out to be an excellent deal. The manager was extremely accommodating to all our needs and went above and beyond what we expected.

It's close to the center, there are stairs that you can take nearby that take you to the forest. The interior design is sooo lovely! It reminds me of "The hobbit" a bit. The owner was the coolest owner I've ever met. The photos are real, everything looks the same. It was so cozy, you can't resist but feel at home.
