I felt that the entire service team delivered their utmost best and geniunely love their work which translates to great customer experience.

The view is exceptional with the mountains and the valley seeing up from the balcony. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was included, which is a big deal in Switzerland, and it was really good. The restaurant had an exceptional view as well. The town is brilliant, basically a village, and it feels super cozy. I would recommend staying here over lauterbrunen.

Cosy and relaxed Eiger Guesthouse is located opposite the BLM train station in Mürren, with a splendid view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains. Perfect location next to the BLM train station which isn’t noisy at all. Great food at the restaurant at a very reasonable price (considering it is Switzerland) and the staff shows such warmth and hospitality that it makes it a great stay. The wonderful view of Eiger and Monch from the balcony. Lift for those with suitcases and accessibility in general. Lovely clean room and bathroom with a bathtub :)

Hotel Schönegg is a 3-star superior hotel located right in the centre of car-free Wengen, which is only reachable by train. Hotel staff was friendly and understanding. Even though my English is not good, they always helped me in communication. I had two days like a dream. Thank you very much. Food and service were great. My room was clean and of very good quality. The view from my room was magnificent.
