The breakfast is just perfect. It lost lost lost enough for us at the quality of breakfast is like the good breakfast. Staff are full of service mine. I would love to stay here again.

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Everything was excellent. The outdoor spa was a unique experience. The staff at the kids' club were very kind, and everyone in the hotel was extremely helpful. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the train station. The town was small but charming, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of it.

The hotel enjoys an idyllic and quiet location above Wilderswil. It's the best thing about this hotel. The mountain landscapes are beautiful. Bus station is pretty close to the hotel and the bus timetable is reliable. The buses take you to Interlaken city centre very fast. The village of Wilderswil is very beautiful and safe. The locals are also kind and some even say hello when you walk past them. The morning breakfast was better than most hotels. It was very convenient and complete. The personnel of the hotel is really professional and friendly. The receptionist who checked me in was very kind and informative about the best areas to visit. The cleaning staff always say hello with a smile and cleaned the room very well. Job well done. Thank you to everyone there. Perfect stay! 10/10.
