The room amenities are superb, fireplace in the evenings, wonderful park around the hotel. This was one of the best hotel experiences in years. Pucón is a five-minute drive away.

Large, beautifully furnished and comfortable room with a breathtaking view over the lake! The best shower in Chile! A quick drive to Pucón, so great location as well. The hotel is gorgeous, with an honesty bar, delicious breakfast and attentive, welcoming hosts. Highly recommend!

The property is central and the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Great breakfast plus tea & coffee making facility throughout the day.

This was a lovely well-maintained, very clean property with the bonus that the staff spoke good English. My wife was ill when we arrived and they allowed us to check in early (to a different room than we booked). The room was comfortable with a good ensuite and strong shower; and they served a nice breakfast. It was close to shops and restaurants - and to the bus terminals: useful as we were back-packing. Heartily recommended- thank you for your welcome!

The remodeled Enjoy Pucón Hotel has the best location in the city , on the shores of the beach and inserted in the center of Pucón. Probably the best place you can stay in Pucón. It really has the 5* vibe. They parked our car. It is right on the lake beach with a perfect lake view. We enjoyed lying on the outdoor loungers, even though there were no towels available because they supposedly ran out of clean towels. We had a very good dinner in the hotel restaurant. And breakfast is very rich with a wide selection. We definitely enjoyed this stay!

Hotel Rangi is extremely comfortable, and I loved the cozy room decor, which looks exactly like the pictures. The room is spacious and has everything you need. The breakfast is excellent, with the option to get freshly made eggs. The service is outstanding—the breakfast lady is super nice, and Catalina at the front desk went above and beyond to assist with any questions I had. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help. Pucon is a small, walkable town, and Hotel Rangi is perfectly located in the heart of it. Even as a solo female traveler, I felt safe here. I'll definitely be returning to Hotel Rangi in the future!
