We stayed again at the hotel on our way back to the UK from the south of the Germany. This time we had a family room in the new part of the hotel. It was a massive master room with very comfortable super king size bed and an adjoining room with 2 single beds. A very modern and clean bathroom with a very good shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful this stay . A lovely lady helped us finding the Nutella in the morning which made my daughter's day! The breakfast was delicious. The variety of bread and rolls was impressive . A nice touch was the honey which comes from a family run beekeeper from nearby which was absolutely delicious. The Terrasse looking on the river Rhein us amazing and gives you a real holiday feeling. Despite the weather being not the best we enjoyed sitting outside under the glass cover.

This 3-star superior hotel is located directly at Koblenz Train Station, around a 10-minute walk from the city centre.

Very convenient location. The train station was nearby but the room was very quiet and cozy. There were enough charging sockets in the room, very comfortable bed and easy climat-control.

I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The location, the staff, the breakfast, the room. I have no complaints at all when it comes to Hotel Am Helmwartsturm. I highly recommend it.

Staff were wonderful. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent and, of course, so was the wine. Room was super comfortable with nice views. Two EV charging points for my car.

Great staff—helpful and professional. The location is great as well—walking distance from the city center. The room was clean and spacious, but the bed was too soft.

I loved the quirkiness of an old house, wonderfully and lovingly cared for. There are so many books everywhere and decorations also. It feels like you are at home. The bedroom was big, the bed super comfortable, it was quiet with a view to the also amazing garden. The host was friendly and advised many good things for the area. Lovely walk along the Rhine not far and a promenade with loads of restaurants. Very idyllic.
