The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Location was absolutely perfect and close to shops restaurants in the old town. The bed was super comfortable and room was spacious and clean. A beautiful well kept period hotel that felt like you were stepping back in time. Other reviews said the breakfast was good, we all found it to be better than good, it was one of the best we have had. Overall this hotel is exceptional and would 100% stay here again.

The staff were very nice and professional even though I am an English speaker they communicated in fluent English which helped a lot. The room was incredibly clean and well presented, as were the facilities in the room. The breakfast was cooked fresh and tasted amazing.

After learning that we were staying here for our wedding, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a King Suite. We are extremely grateful for this thoughtful gesture — it truly made our stay extra special.

Beautiful location, room was fantastic. Staff were amazing. Food was spot on! Breakfast was out of this world, it was Beautifully laid out, staff very helpful with allergy information.
