매우 친절한 직원, 이른 새벽 이른 체크인에도 흔쾌히 응해주셨고. 제가 한국인이라 영어가 서툰대도 천천히 소통하며 이야기 해주셨어요. 추우니까 로비에서 쉬다가 가시라는 제안도 해주시고, 너무 기분이 좋았던 숙소입니다. 제가 리버풀 축구팀의 팬이었는데요. 이 숙소를 통해서 리버풀이란 도시의 팬으로 바뀌었어요. 다음에 또 경기보러 리버풀에간다면 여기 호텔에 묵고 싶어요.
