Very good breakfast and very good location. Very clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Nothing that we didn't like.

WiFi is free in all rooms. + Location was perfect, just 7-8 min walk from the old town + Very nice room, furnished with modern decor and yet preserved some of the vintage walls/ceilings (bed as well) + Very safe and secured parking + Short drive to Belvedere Murgi Timone + Most importantly, the staff was super helpful. Our stay in Matera was full of zen, magic, love, and beauty. Also Tina, the host, was most gracious and generous. She filled the house with fresh traditional cookies, focaccia, cake, and much more. It felt like we arrived at grandma’s:) We will be recommending to friends and family to stay here whenever they visit Matera.

We loved our stay at unique L'Arturo B&B, perfectly located in stunning Sasso Barisano di Matera. Monica was a lovely host, extremely caring and helpful. Our room was wonderfully spacious and pretty. Delicious breakfast. Overall, I was spellbound by Sassi di Matera, as well as the canyons next to this ancient mysterious town.
