We loved the old style of the property, the dining room to chill out in, the evening dinner (under the stars) was fantastic, followed by outdoor cinema. Just a wonderful experience! & of course the staff were very friendly.

Featuring a sun terrace and bar, this property also provides free newspapers. What a find! I felt like we were living in a palace. I was not prepared for the opulence of what lay behind the red doors. The courtyard was gorgeous, especially in the evening when the lights came on. On arrival Serena walked us to our suite. Absolutely gorgeous! The bedsheets were linen. She also took the time to hand write a list of everything we should do in lecce. Restaurant recommendations too. Free parking on the street. 5 min walk to the old city gate. Leece is a gorgeous Italian town. .

With exposed-stone walls, rustic furnishings and white décor, rooms are housed in Trulli. Each includes a private bathroom and minibar. We loved staying at Puntebianche resort. Our trullo was comfortable and sparkling clean. We loved the relaxing by the pool oasis. This is the nicest pool we have ever been to and we never wanted to leave! Breakfast was a generous spread and included freshly made home baked Italian pastries. The grounds at Puntebianche are beautifully landscaped with many areas to sit and relax amongst the fruit trees and olive trees. The Puntebianche courtyard is a place for relaxing and socializing. The hosts Stefano and Luciano are so welcoming and generous. Thank you for chatting with us and helping me practice my Italian! Stefano is able to help with booking restaurants, and can suggest local sites and nearby towns to visit. The resort is conveniently located only 5 minutes outside of a town called Ceglie Messapica which has lots of restaurants and a beautiful historical centre. Great for dining out and exploring the narrow streets and lively piazzas to get a view of local life. More well known touristy towns such as Alberobell, Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Cisternino are also only a short drive away from the Puntebianche resort. Puntebianche also has many sweet, friendly animals that make the resort even more charming. We loved all the sweet dogs, 2 friendly donkeys and the 2 beautiful white peacocks. We are dreaming of the day when we can return to Puglia and visit Puntebianche resort again.
