The hospitality of the owner is second to none ,his name eludes me but he was so nice, one of the nicest hosts I've met in Japan. As soon as I entered I got such a huge welcome and help with my bags. The private onsen and breakfast are great. The hotel is in a great location, and there was great additional services like luggage storage and lughage delivery to station.

The room was absolutely fabulous, and we were delighted to receive an upgrade. Having our own private onsen-style facility in the bathroom made the experience truly special.
