Set in the heart of Marrakech, this boutique hotel features suites with private bathroom, a spa and a restaurant. The reception is open 24 hours and free Wi-Fi is available in the entire property. Everything was perfect. When we arrived at 8pm, Yousseff came and picked us up to the riad. I would recommend to take the airport transfer with the riad so that their staff will pick you up from where the taxi drop you off. Otherwise, by finding your own way will be quite difficult as it is located a little bit hidden. Food was great, room was very clean and had necessary toiletries like cotton buds, facial pads, disposable slippers. Within walking distance to most attraction places. On the last day, we had to leave early to catch our van to Merzouga. The staff was kind enough to serve us breakfast at 6.30am. Overall, very recommended place to stay.

Como decía Jesulín, en dos palabras: Im presionante. Todo es increíblemente paradisíaco y todo el personal, del primero al último, son como ángeles que se encargan de que todo sea perfecto. Son alucinantes y les agradezco infinitamente a todos/as su amabilidad y su profesional eficacia. Volveré en cuanto la vida me deje!

Este riad elegante se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie de la plaza de Jamaâ El Fna y de la mezquita de Kutubia. Ocupa un edificio del siglo XIX que combina las arquitecturas marroquí y andalusí. Most beautiful riad I have ever visited... loved everything about it.. the staff were wonderful, breakfast was amazing, rooms are cosy, beautiful and spacious toilets, nice pool compared to other riads, overall very clean and beautiful interior. Every corner is an instagramer paradise.

This was the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in, and we are a couple who travel a lot. Everything was unique - it felt like heaven. The breakfast was exceptional, the staff took care of us to make us feel special, the atmosphere was like a fairy tale. The whole hotel smelled amazing with flowers. Thank you for making my anniversary so memorable. I would come back again and again!

El Palais Des Princesses se encuentra en pleno centro de la medina de Marrakech, a 2 minutos a pie de la famosa plaza de Yamaa el Fna. Everything was more than exceptional. All of their staff is amazing and very polite - thank you all for that. Simo and his co-worker Ahmed from the reception in my opinion are the best staff not only in Marrakesh. The atmosphere - from the fireplace in the entrance hall where they serve you local tea, to the rose petals in the fountains and the painted door of each room in this riad… Gosh I can’t describe it. Food - top quality. Our room was cleaned daily and the bed was more than comfortable. Even the bathroom was top notch with all the tiles inside. Pool was clean and warm and the Moroccan massage was very good. Me and my wife travel a lot and definitely recommend this riad.

Nada más entrar en el Riad Losra, se sumergirá en un ambiente marcado por el lujo y la comodidad de las mil y una noches. Very friendly and helpful staff. Farid was very available to respond to our questions before our stay. Imad and Abdellah were also extremely helpful during our stay. They arranged an airport pickup for us at a reasonable price and then met us at the drop off point close to Riad to help us with the luggage. Imad gave a useful explanation of the area. And upon our departure, Abdellah helped us again with luggage and taking a taxi. They serve a homemade breakfast. Location is great, not far from the heart of the medina, but far enough to be quiet. Bed was comfortable. Wifi speed was good. Room amenities were sufficient (fridge, A/C).
