Marialicia Suites, Hotel Boutique is located 600 metres from Oaxaca de Juárez main square. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. This was an exceptional place. It was spacious for 9 day stay. The kitchen facilities were excellent. Lovely natural materials were used to build the units. There also was a very nice outdoor space.

One Love Hostal Puerto Escondido offers a place with a mixture of rustic and Mexican-style decoration only 150 metres from Zicatela Beach. Everything was perfect. The hostal provided everything we needed to enjoy a great vacation. The bed and shower are very comfortable and the cleaning is exceptional. Nico the host is very nice and helpful, and he gave us great recommendations and connected us with good local service providers. The attention to detail is amazing. The hammocks in each room and the roof are super nice, and the pillows in the room were the exact same kind we use in our house to prevent neck pain!

Very clean and an inviting but not large pool on the patio. Great breakfasts to start the day.

The view from the pool was absolutely stunning, we couldn't believe it! Our room was also incredibly spacious and had a view looking right over the pool and beach. The staff were sweet and the breakfast in the hotel restaurant was delicious! The walk to the main town/village is quite steep (10 mins or so) but that was fine for us. Easy to access Punta Cometa too via a back route. Would highly recommend and wish we stayed longer - it all exceeded our expectations given the price!

For extra cost we had a choice of scrambled eggs or tamales. All was very good The air-conditioning was very good (a necessity!) and it was easy to get refills for water, as the water supply requires us to get a filtered water for drinking. The desk always had a person there whenever we arrived back from our day and they helped us in numerous ways, advising and getting taxi service, etc. The courtyard was beautiful. There are only 7 rooms, so the service is very personal.

Los Pilares Hotel is located in a charming colonial-style Oaxacan house in the neighborhood of Jalatlaco with a small outdoor pool and free onsite parking. Oaxaca Bus Station is 450 metres away. Beautiful property and hotel. Wonderful location for those interested in Jalatlaco or staying just slightly out of the center. Incredibly kind and helpful staff! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!
