The check in staff was incredibly helpful and multilingual which was a great benefit to a non Spanish speaker. Everything was provided in writing, too. The room was HUGE and gorgeous. Loved the unique theme to the hotel. Great touch with the record player playing the composer our room was named after. Loved the decor throughout the hotel and our room. Loved the balcony, too, overlooking the action! One block from zocalo. Great location! Nice shower towels and toiletries! Filter water and coffee supplied. The staff are lovely. The cleaner was lovely too and did a immaculate job! Highly recommended
