모든 항목에서 최고의 평가를 받을 만하다. 위치, 청결도, 방크기, 직원들의 응대. 특히 직원들은 5성급 호텔 이상의 와우서비스를 제공. 오전 10시 까지 플리트비체공원에 도착하는 일정으로 6시30분에 체크아웃하여 아침도 먹지 못하고 출발하는데 직원들이 싸준 아침도시락은 감동이었음. 다시한번 직원들의 배려에 깊이 감사 드립니다. 그리고 내 가족이나 지인이 포스코이나로 여행할 경우 적극 추천할 것임. 이런 직원들이 있는 한 호텔크라스는 더욱 성공할 것임.
