This Victorian-style bed and breakfast in Newport’s Mansion District is less than 1 mile from Newport Harbor. It offers a terrace and elegant rooms with a fireplace and flat-screen TV. I went downstairs for breakfast and coffee at 7:30. Coffee was ready but I did not see anybody so we did not eat. I grabbed coffee and went back upstairs.

Beautiful rooms (we stayed in 10 & 12), wonderful inn keeper, super friendly and helpful. Amazing home cooked breakfast every day. Comfortable beds, wonderful amenities and superb central location. Comfortable and large beds. Very clean and large room, including 2 comfortable chairs and coffee table near the TV. Very friendly and helpful staff. In sum - we liked nearly everything! :-)
