Such a fun, eclectic spot. Full of antiques. We loved it. Conveniently located beside the Diesel and Crème Restaurant, open for Breakfast and Lunch. Their Chia Latte was the best we have ever had. They recommended the Mez Karoo Kitchen for dinner…it was excellent as well.

Riverside Guest Lodge offers panoramic views of Grobbelaars River and Swartberg Mountains. It offers air-conditioned rooms and wooden cottages. This property is superb in all regards. The hosts, Elza and Albert, are gracious, welcoming, and ever so helpful. We just returned from almost 3 weeks in South Africa, staying in a number of guest houses. Riverside was our most enjoyable stay. We regretted not having booked a longer stay at this wonderful establishment. The attention to detail in all matters of the accommodation are quite remarkable, really. This is a must stay when in the Outdshoorn/George area. The breakfast room and fare were very upscale without feeling stuffy. Food was delicious!

This charming Lilizella Award Winning bed and breakfast is located in Oudtshoorn’s peaceful countryside, less than 1.5km from the main street, Baron van Reede. This is really a little gem of a guesthouse. The staff is extremely nice and helped us book some activities, the rooms and common areas very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We were particularly impressed with the design an comfortability of the rooms. You can really see that a lot of thought and care went into all the little details. Book if you have a chance!

We had a fantastic stay and would unreservedly stay again. Breakfast was particularly good and exceeded B&B standard in this price range. Cute dog too!

Lovely place with lovely hosts. The area is very quiet and beautiful. This guesthouse is only a few minutes away from restaurants and shops. Breakfast was amazing! It is a perfect stop on the Route 62.
