Сучасний готель. Місце розташування: до пляжу Бондаі можна іти пішки (ми так і ходили в хорошу погоду, бо це вниз по вулиці, десь 40 хвилин. Але можна і на 333 автобусі (10 хв), на якому ми поверталися з пляжу. В 5 хвилинах торгова вулиця з супермаркетами і метро. Чисто, все нове. На рецепшн пригощають кожного дня грушами і яблуками. На кожному поверху безкоштовна холодна питна вода.
